In situations where clients are experiencing foundation support problems, Strata-Tek LLC's permeation grouting methods offer an economical yet highly effective solution. We use a pressure grouting process that allows us to avoid any significant disturbance to the existing structure. A liquefied grout in the form of microfine cement is injected into soil, voids, cavities, and other subterranean anomalies.

Generally, particulate grouts are water-based slurries of cement and additives that undergo a hardening process with time. Permeation grouting offers improved support, strength, and function of walls, columns, blocks, and soils. By analyzing the porous medium we are able to determine the exact grain size and grout particles to be used to ensure the proper grout consistency to successfully fill the voids.
