DELTA®-MS

For exterior waterproofing of newly-built commercial structures, we install the DELTA®-MS high-density air gap membrane that covers the building's entire foundation. Made of a special high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, this membrane is remarkably impermeable to water and water vapor and is unaffected by acidic or alkaline environments. Equipped with highly efficient additive packages, the HDPE is stabilized against oxidation and provides outstanding compressive strength, impact resistance, and chemical and environmental stress crack resistance. This unique impervious product is unmatched in quality and for long-term performance.
