Compaction Grouting

Strata-Tek LLC's proven compaction grouting techniques are utilized in projects requiring preparation of soils in the pre-construction phase of building, as well as structure lifting, road re-leveling, bridge and tower construction, repair of existing structures, underpinning construction, densifying footing soils, and remediation of dangerous sinkholes.

Our compaction grouting process allows us to effectively increase substructure soil density by injecting a thick, pressurized cement grout into the soil mass, compacting the soil. The grout fills voids, strengthening the ground and thereby increasing its bearing capacity. Strata-Tek accomplishes this at great depths using high pressure pumps and confined delivery lines and casings.
