Our sump pumps can optionally be equipped with a PHCC Pro Series™ battery backup for constant performance, even during power outages. If the main pump fails as a result of a power outage, float switch failure, or the inability to keep up with the incoming water capacity, the battery backup pump kicks in to prevent a system shutdown. A PHCC Pro Series™ battery backup pump is an inexpensive insurance policy against headaches and significant costs associated with a flooded basement.

No AC sump pump will work when the power is out. For added protection and peace of mind, install a battery backup sump pump system, as well as a primary AC sump pump. The PHCC Pro Series backup sump pumps have unique monitoring systems that sound an alarm when maintenance is needed, or when a problem arises.
